Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within five business days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, SSV Works reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a repackaging/restocking fee not less than 10%.
- To return an item you need to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number.
- To request an RA number please call 818-991-1778 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Place the original package into a secure shipping carton.
- Please do not place shipping labels or stickers on our original manufactured package.
- The RA number must be clearly written on the outer box AND on the return form inside the package.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
